• User / You / Your Any individual or entity accessing or using the Services.
• Content Any data, prompts, queries, or information submitted by you.
• Output Any responses, recommendations, or content generated by Lootr's FZ-LCC AI.
• Fees Any fees payable for paid features of the Services, as disclosed before purchase.

2.1 License

• Lootr FZ-LCC provides an AI-powered shopping assistant that helps users discover, compare, and interact with products. Subject to these Terms, Lootr FZ-LCC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise agreed.

2.2 Lootr Ownership

• All rights, title, and interest in the Services, including software, design, branding, and technology, remain the property of Lootr FZ-LCCor its licensors. No rights are granted to you other than those expressly set forth in these Terms.

2.3 Third-Party Services

• Lootr FZ-LCC may include links or integrations with third-party services such as retailers and payment providers. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or performance. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

• To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information, maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials, and be responsible for all activity under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

• Lootr FZ-LCC includes AI-powered functionality. By using the Services, you acknowledge that your inputs may be processed by AI systems, AI-generated Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable, and you are solely responsible for decisions made based on Output.
• All AI Output is provided "as is" without warranties of accuracy or reliability. Lootr FZ-LCC shall have no responsibility or liability arising from your reliance on any Output.

5.1 Restrictions

• Use the Services for unlawful purposes
• Submit harmful, abusive, or infringing content
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or exploit the platform
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) without permission
• Interfere with the security or performance of the Services
• Misuse AI outputs for harmful or misleading purposes

5.2 Responsibilities

• You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Services complies with all applicable laws in the UAE and your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for the accuracy, quality, and appropriateness of any Content you submit.

• Certain features may require payment. Fees will be clearly disclosed before purchase. Lootr FZ-LCC may change pricing at any time with notice.

6.2 Payment

• Payments are processed through third-party providers. Fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

• All rights, title, and interest in the Services, including software, design, branding, and technology, remain the property of Lootr FZ-LCC or its licensors.
• You retain ownership of Content you submit, but grant Lootr FZ-LCC a limited license to use it to operate and improve the Services. We may use aggregated or de-identified data for analytics and improvement purposes.

• Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy available at https://lootr.ai. We process personal data in accordance with applicable UAE laws, including Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL).

• These Terms remain in effect while you use the Services. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if necessary for security or operational reasons. You may stop using the Services at any time.

Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Independent Relationship

• Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between you and Lootr FZ-LCC.

Severability

• If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and in full effect.
